today was the amm thank you reception! haha so fun omg ((: all the rj interns from conference subcomm went! ahhh so sad the acjc people couldn't make it! ): the food was nice omg yayyy ((: haha and we were happily chatting with the rest of the conference subcomm people again! haha omg i think jeremy and joel are damn funny lah omg and they seem so capable and everything omg! haha and so cool they get to be posted overseas very soon omg omg. :D haha and ruiwen is super cute omg haha! xD

hehe i did ballroom duty with joyce, jasmine and sharon! ((: haha super fun omg :D and kaiyan joined us after a while yayy! ((: haha then around lunch time, sharon and i got pulled away to do lunch ushering duty haha we had to usher delegates for lunch omg. and we were standing outside the waterfall terrace for like more than an hour in our court shoes! omg lah it felt like torture omg. damn painful! we were like totally dying haha and omg we felt bored and started playing 'i spy' haha. ((: haha then after that we went 23rd floor with everyone else who was free! ((: the usual bummers haha xD rocks lah seriously i luv that place! haha anyway we were soaking our feet in the jacuzzi as usual haha (: and then we decided to take a nap with our legs still dangling in the water hahaha super funny omg. anyway i really fell asleep leh omg! haha bet i wasn't the only one okayy! haha but yayy my feet really felt much better after that lol :D

and omg we spent some time hanging around the balcony area in the morning trying to catch a glimpse of condi! she was there for the six party talks thingy haha but crap we didn't manage to see her! ahhh so sad omg! ):

ohh yeah and we helped with registration for the gala dinner in the evening! haha it was quite fun omg (: and then after that we were talking crap with gerald hahaha super funny omg xD

((: and omg i was damn loser at the metal detector today omg! cos i was walking thru the detector and holding my handphone, but i didn't realise haha! then i triggered the detector, so i was made to go out and come in again! and the thing still beeped! haha then the policemen noticed my phone hahaha omg and they all started laughing! and as if i wasn't malu enough already, the policewoman at the side was like "don't worry, we were just trying to check if your phone was a real one or a toy one! " hahaha omg okayy damn loser right! haha so subsequently they always recognised me everytime i walked through the gantry today haha! and they still kept looking at me in a damn amused manner can! especially this particular sergeant lah! (haha his supervisor, i think it was the policewoman, was joking that she'd dismiss him from his duties for being so bad to me and always laughing at me omg haha) and haha everytime i walked through, he'd totally comment on my smile! like omg! haha the first time "eh why you always smile so much ah? good good good! " then second time was "why you never smile!" (haha i wasn't smiling cos my feet hurt again omg!) then the third time was "i really like your smile!" hahaha then after that was "nice smile! heehee i seriously luv the whole bunch of us for being such wonderful people omg! haha anyway, okays today was the opening ceremony of amm! wow haha! all the foreign ministers were here! haha so cool right! haha okayys and they put up the barricades and road blocks along the road already! haha so it was a big troublesome getting there lah. and the hotel mpv had to pass through some funny tent-like thing when we reached shang today! lol and we were being damn funny on the mpv hahaha. someone (i think it was jasmine) said "huhh we have to drive through a metal detector too?!" hahaha. then someone else (i think it was lin tong) was like, "uhhh. i think if we drive through a metal detector and we don't set it off, i'd be very worried. " like hahaha omg damn funny! xD

haha kayy but turns out it was just some weird parking tent. hoho. so anyway, we walked from the tent into the hotel lah! and then we saw like 6 giant metal detectors near the entrance! and police officers standing in a line next to the gantries waiting to check people! omg. and they have the baggage check thing! like the kind you have in the airport! haha okay at first i thought it was quite cool hahaha! but by the end of the day i was damn tired of these things already, cos it's damn troublesome, every time you walk past the gantry you have to be checked. gosh right. haha and i've never seen so many policemen in one place! gosh haha so sharon and i started playing this game called "spot the cute policemen game" haha sounds retarded right! haha lol anyway we didn't manage to spot any lol.

then when we went up, there was a gantry and metal detector there too! gosh gosh. haha okays anyway i had ushering duty with sharon, gideon, le vu and zhikai in the morning! (: haha we were supposed to usher some people into the ballroom for opening ceremony! and i escorted the chairperson of the ISEAS! woohoo haha. (: he was quite nice (:

and omg so malu, while waiting outside the room, i was leaning against this painting, thinking that it was the wall, and i didn't even realise what i was leaning on, until gideon totally pulled me away cos apparently the painting was about to break under my weight already or something (ok lah i know i'm heavy ): ) heh omg then he started calling me "painting breaker"! but the thing is, i didn't even break the painting okayy! woohoo haha. and omg le vu is seriously hahaha damn funny lah damn flirt can omg if i hang around him too long i think i might just become a flirt like him lah terrible omg. anyway, i was complaining i have nothing to lean on while waiting, then le vu was like, "it's okay you can lean on me! haha then we stood at the side once opening ceremony started. haha it was okay lah, i wasn't really listening oops haha i couldn't concentrate lah all the cameras were flashing everywhere until my eyes hurt heh. haha but the last part of the ceremony was so cute! they did the asean handshake thing hahaha they looked so so so cute! then we went to doc room to help out for a while, then went sec room to help too haha. but there wasn't much to do lah haha so we were mostly sitting around heh oops. and then we went for lunch! buffet lunch haha yayy omg. the food was damn nice too, and they had walnut ice cream! omg! damn nice lah, faints. just that i was bursting from all the food after that hahaha. and and and omg lunch was damn funny! le vu again! omg hahaha everytime he tries to pick victoria up, it's really damn funny. haha. cos he sat next to victoria at the dining table, then victoria rolled her eyes and told us (kaiyan, jasmine and me) "let's go up now" then le vu was like "wait wait wait i haven't finished eating! " then victoria was like, "ya, that's exactly the point." HAHA omg.

then after that le vu was telling victoria, "you need to stop thinking that i'm joking, you know. i'm really very serious! " like hahaha wth he said it in a damn serious manner somemore lah, but we all knew he was joking hahahaha omg omg? lame sia. my gosh, that's why i was saying, if we hang around him long enough, we might turn into full-fledged flirts as well omg. xD

then after lunch, we went bumming! haha went to the rooftop and the jacuzzi! haha the rooftop was super nice today, cos the weather was like quite misty and cool and it was very nice lah (: so we sat on the nice chairs there and napped for like 20 mins? haha then we went down to the gym floor, and we all trooped inside the female toilet! haha jacuzzi time! hahaha we soaked our feet in the jacuzzi! xD damn nice lah, the water was damn hot and our feet were like aching, so just nice! haha (: felt damn nice and comfortable omg. haha then we camwhored as usual haha (: and then levu came in and joined us for a while hahaha. we made him into our temporary slave lol we made him take photos for us and get stuff for us. haha "eh le vu can help us take photo, thanks! " "le vu, can pass me a towel, thx! oh wait, uhh just pass us the whole stack of towels lah okayy! " :p hahaha omg. i think in the end he couldn't take it, then he went out hahaha.

then we went back to sec room! haha but nothing much to do, so we stoned around for a bit haha. then i had more ushering duties in the afternoon (: haha but in the end we didn't really do much ushering! we ended up guarding top secret documents hahaha, then after that we sat in for a press conference! haha it was boring and interesting at the same time hahaha.

then we had nothing much to do already lah after that so we went to bum room to eat dinner and then sleep for a while! hahaha omg i luv bumming with my friends (: damn fun omg luv all of you man, you all are such fun company! xD sigh i realise there are only 3 days left omg. i don't want this to end, i'll really miss all of you! my fellow interns, our super interns, and the staff there! especially the doc room aunties (you all are damn nice to chit chat with ) eeeyer i don't wanna go back to school anymore omg i wanna stay here with you all, and i don't want amm to end! ahhhh. i think i might even miss wearing my shoes haha (surprisingly i think i'm used to it already, it doesn't hurt anymore yayy (: )

lol yesterday was quite slack! i was on ballroom duty in the morning again, with kaiyan this time! ((: haha we didn't do much lah, just checked the ballroom before the delegates arrived! then while the meeting was in progress we stood guard at the staircase to make sure the media people didn't try to dash up the stairs or anything! haha quite sian lah actually. luckily my feet are starting to get used to the pain of court shoes haha! seriously leh, now when i wear them i don't feel the pain anymore! xD omg i feel so pro lah seriously! i think wearing slippers the other day really helped haha! ((: now my court shoes feel quite comfortable already woohoo! ((:

haha then after ballroom duty ended, we went to help out in the doc room! haha ((: then we went to our favourite bum room for a while haha! then back to the doc room to help! then we were let off early yayy! xD haha i luv being in the doc room man, haha it's quite slack, and we can like go nuts and make a lot of noise in there! then today was quite a slack day too! (: i was supposed to be on helpdesk duty, but helpdesk wasn't set up! so i helped in the secretariat for a bit, then went to doc room! haha (: then after lunch we bummed around again as usual haha! i was bumming with tiffany and jasmine this time! xD it was so so so fun okay omg omg! haha kayy first we went to the gym! haha it was on the 24th floor or something haha and omg it was so cool cos there was no one there! at all! haha (: so we explored the gym for a short while, then we went inside the sauna rooms and steam rooms on the same floor haha! oh wait, the sauna room and steam room were in the female toilet haha! and omg omg there was a jacuzzi in the toilet too! haha xD damn cool haha yeahh so we hung around in the toilet for a bit! and camwhored haha! here's the pic!

haha then tiff was halfway taking her height when a guy walked into the toilet! OMG! embarrassing moment lah! haha and for a while i forgot we were in the gents haha and i was wondering what the hell a guy was doing in here hehe oops! :p then he stared at us weirdly, and he was like "this is the guys' area you know!" haha then tiff said something like "oh yeah we know, it's just that the female toilet didn't have a weighing machine so we decided to come over and weigh ourselves!" or something like that lah haha omg lah that guy must have thought we were a bunch of retards or something! omg! haha anyway we scrammed off quickly haha and went to the 25th floor! haha there was a restaurant there, but no one was there too haha cos apparently it only opens at night! haha then we went to the rooftop garden to enjoy the breeze for a while ((: haha it's nice! haha we could see rgs from where we stood! gosh i miss that place so so much!

haha then after that we went down to the first floor where we saw a balloon man outside the restaurant! omg lah! and there was a playpen there for little kids haha! the little kids playing there were so cute omg, there was this boy wearing a spiderman suit hahaha! so cute pls! haha anyway, the balloon man made balloons for us! xD woohoo haha! (: so we got nice nice balloons from him! ((: haha and as you can see, we were freaking happy about the balloons omg haha! xD i seriously luv balloons! haha since i was a little kid i already liked them a lot ahaha! (:


haha after which we decided we had been bumming for quite long already, so we went up! haha omg the people in the secretariat were super amused with our balloons haha! and they asked us to go down and get somemore! haha so we went down lorh, and we caught the balloon people just in time haha cos they were about to go off soon already omg! haha and while we were waiting, jasmine and i made up a bummers' cheer! haha it sounds vaguely like a raffles cheer, just that it's kinda distorted yepp haha! it goes something like this: "Bummers unite, let's show our might! hmmm first day we reported at mfa! i like the mfa building, its super cool pls! the architecture is nice, and the decor is like so cool too haha! (: and the location rocks lah! tanglin area haha, super convenient! (: haha first day was more like an intro session like that lah, we were introduced to the people minding us, karen, gerald and andrea, who were actually interns too, just that they were undergrads and more experienced than us lah, haha so we called them the super-interns haha! :p haha they're super nice! haha (: and we met our fellow interns too! haha there were 8 people from rjc (sharon, jasmine, kai yan, victoria, kristen, lin tong, zhi kai and myself! ) and 5 from acjc(le vu, joyce, tiffany, gideon and yi ren) ! so thirteen jc interns in our subcomm! haha (: conference subcomm! (: and omg tiffany is here too! haha she went to acjc haha i haven't seen her for so long, gosh! such a coincidence right! (: hehe anyway we spent most of our time stoning around in the meeting room, cos there was nothing for us to do then haha.

second day, we were at mfa too! haha same thing lah, slacking around in the morning, then we had nothing much to do,so they gave us a long lunch break! haha so we ate at botanic gardens food court (: and after that we went shopping at orchard for more shirts haha! cos we needed to wear formal office attire throughout the attachment, and most people kinda didn't have enough shirts heh. and omg lah the guys were super funny! when we they saw the big big board outside zara saying "50 % discount", they totally ran towards zara lah! haha they looked more enthu about shopping than the girls can hahaha! then after a while we got sian of looking at clothes, so we went to this cool toy shop in taka, i forgot the name already heh. but the toys there were super cute lah omg! they had nice musical boxes too! and omg sharon scared me with a jack in the box! and i screamed! ugh so malu! hehe.

then after lunch break we went back to mfa, then transferred to shangri la haha. and then we had a tour of the place, and then helped to sort out some stuff (: haha i think shangri la is a nice place man, haha (: and the service there is great too! haha like they set up this coffee cart outside the office, and there's always a waitress there to get you free flow of coffee if you want it haha (: rocks right! (:

haha then third day, we helped sort out more stuff and helped photocopy some documents too (: haha the photocopy machines there are cool man, they are so pro! can print cover pages and can staple too omg how cool is that! no need for manual stapling already haha xD oooh and shangri la food rocks haha (: they served us like 4 meals a day lah, tea, lunch, tea again and dinner! (: haha they usually served pastries for tea! (: and lunch is always buffet haha (: with super nice food and desserts! (: haha then dinner is usually bento-box! (: which tastes much nicer than the mormal da bao styrofoam lunchboxes haha :p i am so going to get fat lah, at the rate i eat! omg. and le vu is simply amazing, his stomach is really a bottomless pit okayy! if you guys thought i was bad, you should see him! the ultimate lah. and he's still so thin, not fair omg! hehe.

haha then on the fourth day i was on ballroom duty with zhikai! (: we saw some delegates! and the interpreters haha (: the setting for the meeting was damn cool lah seriously! it looked damn pro and cool, all the asean countries' flags were up, and the tables were arranged in a damn pro way (: cool! haha then after ballroom duty, we went to the doc room to help photocopy stuff! haha i helped shred stuff too woohoo! all the documents that were rejected had to be shredded immediately haha. shredding is quite fun leh! haha just that when you get a whole pile of stuff to shred, and the machine keeps jamming, or the shredder bin gets full, it can be quite frustrating lah haha. like yesterday! tiffany and i were like dying lah, we stood in front of the shredder for 2 hrs, trying to shred like 2 boxes of discarded documents, and the thing kept jamming and jamming! then we went a bit cranky and started talking to the machine! haha kaiyan or jasmine, i can't remember who, said we looked like we were trying to appease an angry monster or something! haha like we kept feeding it paper haha then sometimes we were like "eat eat eat! eat faster! go go go!" in a nice and persuasive way haha or sometimes we would be like "EAT LAH YOU! WHAT THE HELL EAT FASTER CAN! " haha then when the paper jammed, we were like "what's wrong with you! stop choking already lah! " or else, we'd be like "omg it's puking again! it's bulimic haha" haha so retarded right omg! haha but it was quite a memorable experience lah haha.

and omg we found this nice lounge place next to the doc room! it has nice squashy sofas! haha so we lounged around there for like 1 hr plus yesterday, just slacking off, cos we couldn't take it anymore haha. so fun lah (: we named the room the bum room haha, cos we keep bumming around in there (:

hehe then today i was on photocopying duty haha so i spent most of time in the photocopying room! (: haha i like doc room, it's quite fun (: quite slack sometimes haha though it can get super busy and crazy at times too hehe. and so happy lah i brought my slippers today haha. so i was wearing slippers in the doc room! oops haha super unglam lah, but no choice cos my feet were dying and if they didn't get some time to recover, i think i'd be crippled by sunday or something! how to last till thurs omg! xD haha then as usual, in the afternoon when we were all feeling sian, we went to the bum room! haha sat there for a while, then joyce, jasmine and i decided to go for a walk around the shang! haha so jasmine turned tour guide and showed us around haha while joyce and i started being retarded because we were in a retarded mood haha. (: super retarded lah, i shall not say what we did cos it really is pretty retarded omg! haha by the time we returned from our walk, we were like all high and hyper and drunk-looking hahaha xD then we helped in the doc room for a while, then started playing games! haha at first they tried playing haiku haha but it didn't really work out haha. then we played shoot shag or marry! haha we asked le vu lah, cos he's such a flirt hahaha! didn't really work out well too haha he refused to give us a definite answer haha!

and omg le vu is seriously freaking funny lah! he keeps flirting with girls omg! especially victoria! haha and he is seriously damn retarded! like when i said i wanted to go toilet, he was like "can i go with you too?" HAHA. and he keeps asking people to massage him hahaha omg! victoria gets it the worst lah, she's always on the receiving end of his lame pick up lines haha! like you know the one where most normal people would say "do you have a map? cos i'm getting lost in your eyes!" haha le vu totally summarised it and asked "are you lost?" like HAHAHA omg it is damn funny lah! gosh hahaha. and haha he was telling me a vietnamese swear word but i forgot what it was already hahaha! and joyce was damn funny too lah, she and le vu were swearing the f word at each other, one in english and one in vietnamese, until le vu told her she couldn't do it, then she was like "why?" then after he told her, she was like "ohhhhh huh really ah! i always thought it worked both ways!" hahahaha omg super retarded can! hahaha everyone here is like damn funny lah! xD haha and kaiyan and jasmine are super nice to talk to (: tiffany too haha.

and gideon keeps calling me the "no eyes girl"! omg lah, i have eyes okayy! (: just that i'm too smiley that's all haha xD

and and and omg i made this pact with sharon not to eat so much haha! we did the pinky promise thing, that we wouldn't take tea haha, so no meals before lunch and no meals before dinner! haha but omg i kept breaking the pact! shit haha my self discipline really sucks! ahhh haha kayy sharon i shall jiayou alright! haha ((:

and omg i am so glad joyce was there too, or i'd have been the only girl from rj haha so sad omg. hehe anyway joyce and i reached there around like 5:20 hehe cos we were told to report at 5:30! hoho but it turned out that there was no briefing! so joyce and i had to stand around and rot for like 1.5 hours before the thingy started omg! haha so we were talking crap and being retarded hahaha so amusing omg! :D

hehe the ceremony itself was quite short yayy! haha and omg after the ceremony we had a nice nice reception! (: yayy haha. the dessert was super nice! haha all the cakes rocked omg. (: i didn't eat much of the other food though, was mostly eating cakes hahaha oops!
